How do you demo a chip the audience doesn't have?
Part YouTube film, part video game, part product demo. The Escape put you behind the controls of a techno-thriller, using the features of an Intel Core chip to help her escape the two men on her tail. The YouTube page itself reacted, splitting, scrolling and breaking apart as you fought, picked locks and flew a combat drone. You weren't watching the video; you were playing it. After launch, YouTube updated its brand-mimicry guidelines to stop anyone doing it again. Flattering, in a way. We ruined it for everyone.
It also ran as a mobile iAd, with the phone's accelerometer, gyroscope and fingerprint reader wired into the action.
